Get paid
Consistent follow-up keeps outstanding invoices from quietly becoming somebody else's problem.
See how it worksTiger Fetch is an extension of your customer service team — helping businesses handle payment conversations with care, protect customer relationships, and get back to doing the work they love.
Built for our communities. No job is too small.
Getting paid is part of running a business. But the work of following up can pull owners and teams away from the work they actually love.
Then the waiting starts. Who remembers to follow up? When? What do you say? What if there is a dispute?
Your customer is not just a balance due. A thoughtful payment conversation can protect trust and leave the door open for the next project.
We treat getting paid as part of the customer experience — an opportunity to make things clearer, easier, and more professional while keeping the relationship moving forward.

See our approachYou don't need a complicated setup to get started. We can meet you where your business is today and grow with you.
Have a couple invoices? A screenshot or a simple set of details can be enough to start.
For more invoices, send a spreadsheet or CSV. We organize the information into a clear workflow.
As your needs grow, we can work toward connected accounting and payment workflows.
Know where you’re at with every client, every time.
Tiger Fetch can start with the tools you already use. Over time, the workflow can become more connected, giving you a clearer picture of what is outstanding, what has been promised, and what has been paid.
The point isn't to give you another dashboard to babysit. It's to make the work easier to hand off.
Tiger Fetch is designed as an extension of your customer service — not a replacement for your judgment.
You decide which invoices Tiger Fetch handles.
You can stop outreach when a matter is resolved or you want to take it back.
Disputes and sensitive situations can come back to you.
Customers pay your business directly.
Payment information is recorded so everyone knows what happened.
You get a clear record of follow-up and outcomes.
A customer who knows what is happening, has a clear way to respond, and is treated with respect has a better chance of remembering your business for the right reasons. We want the payment conversation to support the next job.
We are opening three early spots for businesses that want to try a better way to handle payment follow-up — and help us shape the service while we build it.
Three spots only. There is no obligation to continue after the pilot. The goal is simple: build something genuinely useful for the businesses and communities we serve.
Keep it simple. You do not need to send invoices or customer information here. If the pilot looks like a fit, we will talk through the actual payment follow-up project with you before any work begins.
Choose a recovery-focused option or a more hands-on managed AR relationship.
$0 monthly
+ 7.5% of qualifying recovered cash
How the Recovery cap works: The cap is a guardrail, not an automatic upgrade. If you reach 25 active invoices or $50,000 in authorized outstanding balance, we pause adding new Recovery-tier invoices. We can continue working the invoices already accepted, and capacity can reopen as active work or the authorized balance falls below the cap. If your needs regularly exceed the standard tier, we can discuss Managed AR or a custom volume-based arrangement before expanding scope.
One important principle: qualifying recovered cash and payment attribution are defined before work begins, so there is a clear record of what you’re paying Tiger Fetch for.
Tiger Fetch was founded by someone who loved helping people with the work they needed — but wasn't nearly as enthusiastic about the part where someone had to talk about the bill coming due.
Instead of avoiding that uncomfortable part, we dove into it. We learned from people who were good at it, paid attention to what worked and what didn't, and built systems around better follow-up, better on-time payments, and better customer relationships.
Eventually, we got good enough at it that we started enjoying it. And we realized there are a lot of business owners and workers who love their work, care about getting paid, and would simply rather have someone else handle that conversation.
That's Tiger Fetch: let us do it for you — and turn a client into a return client while we do it.
Need to retrieve a payment? Consider it done.
— Tiger Fetch
No. Tiger Fetch is designed around invoice-level authorization. You decide what you want handled.
That is a business issue, not something to bulldoze through. Disputes can be surfaced back to you for resolution.
That matters to us. Tiger Fetch approaches payment follow-up as an extension of your customer service — professional, respectful, and clear. We make room for questions, disputes, prior payments, and timing issues rather than treating every unpaid invoice the same way. The goal is not just to help you get paid; it is to support the relationship you have built with your customer and help reinforce your reputation for being a business that communicates well and follows through.
Send a couple invoice details, a screenshot, or a spreadsheet. We can start small and figure out the right workflow from there.
No. Customers pay your business directly. Tiger Fetch tracks the agreed payment information for reporting and fee reconciliation.
That's the goal. Start with what you have today; connected accounting and payment workflows can be added as the relationship grows.
That's exactly the conversation we want to have. If there is a repetitive business problem sitting between you and the work you actually want to do, tell us about it.
Tell us what is taking time, creating awkward conversations, or getting in the way of great customer service. Tiger Fetch started with receivables. We're interested in the rest of the story, too.
